Finally the street number is up on the post. Looks pretty good, if I do say myself. I still want to cap the ends of the branches, but I haven't found what I'm looking for yet.
Looks good! Gotta love those little touches. I don't know about you, but I too often am results-focused, having given up on much aesthetics a long time ago. But the small points of interest give a place real personality.
It's those little touches that adds pleasure to my life. Like you, I tend to be too practical and have to make a point for my artist's heart to come out to play.
