Little Porches

When we enclosed the lanai, we were left with two little porches, one on either end. We purposely enclosed the lanai this way. It gives us an area to put things that we want out of the rain but not inside the house, like dirty shoes, wet coats, etc. 

I hadn't planned on doing much with these porches other than staining them to match the rest of the house, but David wanted to see them finished off. He had some good suggestions so I gave him the go ahead to do it and be creative. He enclosed the open sides, added two shelves in the triangular corner, trimmed the whole thing out. He's now taken the leftover floor tiles to finish off the porch floors.
